📌 During 2022, the Forestry Committee of the Ministry of Environment carried out:

Forest restoration and afforestation works in the area of 237 hectares of “Forestry” branches of “Hayantar” SNCO of the Forestry Committee

✅ 250 thousand plants with a closed root system were grown

✅ A 5 ha nursery was established

✅ 6 modern greenhouse complexes were established

✅They were approved by the “Aryantar” SNCO of the Forestry Committee

Forest management plans of “Sisian Forestry”, “Chambarak Forestry” and “Sevkar Forestry” branches

✅ 80,093 cubic meters of loose firewood were provided to 14,410 beneficiaries living in the forest areas.

✅ Access to the cadastral geoportal system was provided in the forest committee

✅ Aviation-chemical combat measures in the 4440 ha forested area

✅ Jobs, as a result of which illegal tree felling decreased by about 47%

✅Conclusion of 17 contracts for lease of forest areas

✅ A number of effective meetings with both international and local structures
