Issues related to fire safety were discussed

      The working group led by Vladimir Kirakosyan, Chairman of the Forest Committee of the RA Ministry of Environment, had a discussion today with the participation of forestry directors, forest chiefs and deputy directors in charge of conservation in Tavush region.

    Issues related to fire safety were mainly discussed at the meeting. There was a reference to the issues of fire safety, technical equipment, quick response and preparedness.

     It was noted that Tavush region is the most forested area of the republic, and greater attention and vigilance is required here.

    The Chairman of the Forestry Committee instructed to be strictly consistent, especially in fire-prone zones.

   A number of current issues were also discussed at the meeting.
