2022 November 8-10 within the framework of the program “Increasing the resilience of forests in Armenia through adaptation due to mitigation measures and expansion of green spaces in rural areas” implemented jointly with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). A training course on high-quality forest plants and saplings was organized by PA in order to strengthen the capacities of the employees of “Hayantar” SNCO.

ℹ️The three-day course took place on November 8 in Tsaghkadzor community, on November 9 in Hayantar Hrazdan nursery, and on November 10 in Vanadzor community.

🎯The main goal of the course was:

• Define the application of a new seed collection and processing procedure,

• Introduce modern technologies and experience in the production and management of nurseries used by the project.
